Final Details & Venue Coordination

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. We also finalize your timeline, confirm the production plan, and coordinate with your venue and vendor team so every detail is ready for event day.

Absolutely. We encourage clients to share must-play songs, favorite artists, special selections, preferred music styles, and anything they do not want played. Your DJ will use those preferences while also reading the room and responding to your guests.
Your date is officially reserved after the agreement is completed and the required 50% retainer has been received. Your proposal will clearly outline the selected services, payment schedule, event details, and the remaining balance due 30 days before the event date.
